CalMTA held a webinar presenting the findings and recommendations from the Organizational Review of the CalMTA program. Conducted on behalf of the CPUC Energy Division, administered by Resource Innovations, and developed by Apex Analytics, this review assessed CalMTA’s first three years of operation and identified opportunities to strengthen communication, administration, market transformation initiative management, and overall organizational effectiveness. The session provided an overview of key insights, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations developed to support the program’s continued growth and success.
